The room was clean and there was a good bit of room. We had a couch that was comfortable and a table with an office chair. An extra chair for the table would have been nice. The mattress was very firm and not uncomfortable but not the best. The toilet was uncomfortable. Sitting very low to the floor was challenging but manageable but the water level was close to the seat and parts of me got wet when using it. I was unable to wipe without submersing my hand and toilet paper in the nasty. There was no liquid antibacterial soap to wash with, only a very small bar. The breakfast was good but they seemed to be out of a lot of items except the essentials, coffee, eggs, waffles, sausage and gravy. I liked the breakfast! The staff were very nice and professional. I am grateful that my dog was allowed even at a higher rate, as this was the purpose of our stay. He had heart surgery nearby. I hope we never have to stay here again. I will say too that the grounds were not well kept with an incredible amount of cigarette butts everywhere and the dog owners apparently don't pick up after their pets which makes walking your dog for that purpose unpleasant. No smoking was overemphasized which leads one to suspect that might be a problem with the guests. Our room did not smell like that but a room next to us was cleaned and the smell of the cleaners was overpowering and easily perfumed our room at the time.

EVERYTHING!!! My suite is set up like a nice apartment. With a large full living room, plenty of storage and a separate bedroom through glass French doors it’s more then accommodating while I’m displaced from my apartment flooding under a couple of inches of water. The staff have become more like friends than business acquaintances. I’ve stayed at about ten hotels now. From basic extended stays, higher end expensive extended stay hotels downtown for >$2,000 a week. I’m uncertain as to how long this is going to last, however, I’ve found where I’m starting at until my place is fixed.

They only clean room every 3rd day of stay. You have to discard your own trash. The breakfast was hit and miss depending how early you went down. I requested extended 2 hr stay or for my bags to be held because of late departure and they wanted $40 extra but I finally allowed me 1 hr because they didnt want to hold my bags. Maria, who checked us in, was pleasant Cristina of Night staff was extremely helpful when I needed extra toiletries, garbage bags and fixed heater that would not turn on. Gave us information as to getting around.

The two room king suits have amplible amounts of room, especially if you have little ones. There is lighting in every corner of the room, with 2 large windows giving off lots of light. The hotel is in a very convenient location, right off the interstate and down the street about 3 lights away from the mall, bookstores, food, shopping centers, etc. The hotel has a snack pantry located in the lobby for late night treats if you're too lazy to go to the gas station next door.

We liked that the hotel was close to a lot of different things that we wanted to do or restaurants that we don’t have in our hometown so we could try new things. We traveled with 2 dogs so we knew we would be on one of the bottom levels with access to the back door of the hotel to be able to take them outside but it was a nice surprise when they were still able to upgrade our reservation from a deluxe king to an executive king room.
